On Wednesday, September 14, Kitchen Notes participated in the Eat Green for Tennessee initiative, presented by The Land Trust for Tennessee. Kitchen Notes donated 20% of the day’s food and beverage sales to promote the farm-to-table movement. A special menu was created, using produce and products that are locally sourced.
