On Wednesday, September 14, Kitchen Notes participated in the Eat Green for Tennessee initiative, presented by The Land Trust for Tennessee.  Kitchen Notes donated 20% of the day’s food and beverage sales to promote the farm-to-table movement.  A special menu was created, using produce and products that are locally sourced.  These products include Batey Farms Pork & Strawberries (Murfreesboro, TN), Monterey Mushrooms (Loudon, TN), Noble Springs Goat Cheese (Franklin, TN), Basil Bloomsbury Farms (Smyrna, TN), and Yazoo Pale Ale (Nashville, TN).   Eat Green Tennesee…Continue Reading “Eat Green for Tennessee at Kitchen Notes”
